Hotel Information

The User Group Meeting will be held at the Sainte Claire, A Larkspur Hotel in downtown San Jose, California.  A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $159.00 per night.  All guest room rates are subject to the current tax of 10.074%, plus a $2.00 per room night Hotel Business Improvement District (HBID) assessment fee.  In order to receive the special rate mention Automation Technology’s 2008 Aware Users Group Meeting when making reservation.  This rate will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting in the event you are coming to San Jose for an extended visit.  The Sainte Claire cannot guarantee rooms after May 23rd.  The Sainte Claire Hotel is a historical landmark hotel located in downtown San Jose.  The best way to get to the hotel would be to take a cab.  If you elect to rent a car, please be aware, the hotel charges $15/day for hotel guest parking.
